- Auto-renewal: paid plans renew at the end of each period until cancelled. We show the renewal date and price before you buy.
- Cancel any time: through the App Store, Google Play or account settings for web purchases. You keep paid features until the period ends.
- App-store purchases: refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- Web purchases: request a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase if you have not used paid features. Partial periods are not refunded, except where the law requires.
- Duplicate or wrong charges: refunded in full once confirmed.
- Removed accounts: accounts banned for breaking our rules are not refunded.
- Price changes: at least 30 days’ notice for existing subscribers.
